The screwdriving technology is one of the most frequently used fastening techniques in assembly. However, not every screw connection requires high-priced EC screwdriving spindles. Therefore, we rely on a cost-effective solution that combines precision and documentation: the SMART CORDLESS SCREWDRIVER (SMACO).
These modified cordless screwdrivers can be fully integrated into the ELAM system and enable precise monitoring and documentation of the screwdriving steps. This integrates quality assurance directly into the assembly process without driving up costs.
For more demanding applications, we are currently developing the SMACO 8, which also handles higher torques. In combination with the ELAM system, this solution offers comprehensive control over screwdriving technology â from simple screws to complex fastening processes. As high-end EC screwdrivers, we preferably offer products from Stanley's ec tecs , as it is distinguished by good price/performance ratios.
