In an increasingly networked production environment, the centralized acquisition and archiving of data is becoming enormously important. With the new ELAM FLIP (File Loader Into PLA), it becomes possible to integrate measurement and test files directly into the production process. Files in various formats such as PDF, HTML, XML, or CSV are archived in the Product Lifecycle Archive (PLA) based on serial numbers. This feature enables comprehensive and transparent data management, which not only improves traceability but also optimizes quality assurance. Furthermore, by specifying parsers, documents can be automatically evaluated â a significant step towards increasing production efficiency. The integration of this function into the Operator Assistance System thereby ensures smooth and modern production monitoring.
