ELAM® HARDWARE

We have developed the ELAM HARDWARE for a problem-free connection to the ELAM worker assistance system. The production of qualitatively flawless products is becoming increasingly important in today's world; thus also the use of innovative and high-quality hardware components in order to be able to meet the high quality standards. In addition, it is possible to connect your own, already existing hardware via our corresponding controllers.

These include, for example, the Smart Work Assistant (SWA), the handling arm with position control, the BitCube with status LED or assembly fixtures in special designs. Our goal is to be able to offer customers and potential customers the widest and most up-to-date selection of tools possible.

COMPACT AND POWERFUL: THE SMART WORK ASSISTANT

Compact means that for the devices of the ELAM family, connections to the SWA are available - a terminal box is not required. This saves space and provides greater flexibility in production.
Whether server or client, with or without display - all five variants of our SWA have powerful processors and the same connections. External touch monitors are connected via HDMI. An ETH connector is available for LAN connections, which can be multiplied. Scanners and field devices can be connected via 2x2 USB connectors; the Pick to Light sensors are connected via Neutrix connectors.
The ELAM family has recently been supplemented by the SWA Mini Client - currently the most cost-effective solution on the market.
